Shipping Rates Per Order

We will deliver to most countries at the following flat rates (per order). You do not pay more if there are multiple items in your order. The delivery times are provided as a guide only. We ship to New Zealand with Courier Post (tracked) and to Australia/Worldwide with NZ Post International Air (untracked).

Your privacy and discretion is important to us so products are shipped in plain packaging.

Returns Policy & Procedures

Because of the nature of our products an exchange service is not available so please choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to replace products which do not meet your expectations.

Clothing items of the wrong size may be replaced with another size but ONLY if the garment has not been worn and if the packaging is undamaged. 

If a product has a manufacturing defect then you should return that product to us for a replacement. We will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.

To return a product, you must do so within 7 days of purchase. Please include paperwork detailing the nature of the problem and your order number. 

International Customers

International customers please be aware that you may need to pay Duties, Taxes, and/or Brokerage Fees when the goods arrive in your country. These will normally be based on the information we are required to provide on the customs declaration form (includes a description and the value of your goods) and will vary from country to country.
