How To Redeem A Voucher (GrabOne etc...)

To redeem a voucher, first add items to your cart, then enter your voucher code in the Apply Voucher Code tab at the beginning of checkout.

Click the Apply Code next to the voucher code box to validate the discount then press Continue Checkout. You should then see a success message and your total should show the voucher discount. 

YOU STILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT PROCESS 

You will see an error message if:

• You code is wrong or typed wrong
• Your voucher has been used
• Your voucher has not yet been activated
• Your voucher has expired

Type carefully or use copy/paste if you can as voucher codes are case sensitive and can be quite long. Also some voucher sites include a security code and or reference code on the voucher. Please do not confuse this with your voucher code.

Using Up Your Credit

If your voucher is issued by a voucher site such as GrabOne or Groupy then it CAN ONLY BE USED IN ONE TRANSACTION. We recommend you purchase goods to the value of the voucher or greater to get full value from your voucher in this transaction as any remaining credit will be wasted.

Free Transactions

If you end up with a zero total after your voucher and shipping have been applied your payment type will automatically be set to Free Checkout. You have nothing to pay but you do still need to complete checkout and push the Confirm Order button to place your order.

In some cases it may take up to 48 hrs after you purchase a voucher (GrabOne etc...) before we can activate the voucher code  so your patience is appreciated.
