We use DHL for international delivery. You can trace your delivery online or by calling DHL New Zealand Customer Service 0800 800 020

Delivery Times

Our products are dispatched as soon as payment has been received. Shipping time will depend your on your location. Contact us if you would like to discuss delivery to suit your requirements. We allow 3-10 working days for New Zealand and Australia. For International orders allow 7-14 days for deliveris.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY (non-Australian deliveries)!
International customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:

- Customers will be liable for any customs, duties, or tariffs for their destination country
- Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges / cost of goods will not be refunded
- Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged for shipping charges (to the customer and back to us).

We use the following delivery rates:
New Zealand       $9.95
Australia             $20.00 
International       $40.00 


Our Return Policy
We will refund you on any returned item/s if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item/s you have purchased from us, providing that:
- The returned item labels are still attached to the garment
- The returned item has not been worn
- The returned item has not been worn on bare skin
- The returned item has not been damaged or soiled
- The returned item has not been altered by you in anyway
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt
- The item is returned to us in it's original undamaged packaging

Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

* Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.
