We purchased a medium-high priced toy in-store, and while we loved using it, we found that it wasn't holding charge despite the fact that the battery was a Lithium-ion. We would charge it, then slip it into the drawer ready for later use, then find it flat as a pancake when we came to use it 3 or 4 days later.
Took the toy back to the store, and J.T was extremely friendly, good-humoured and helpful when it came to getting the problem sorted.
