❗WARNING! VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE❗
I bought two items from Peach and Cream last week online. Delivery was fast, but when I opened the package one of the products was damaged. The bottom of the box was clearly broken and looked like it had been opened by force(has obvious nail marks）.

Because this is an intimate product, I contacted the shop immediately.I believe nobody would want to pay for a used product. Unfortunately, their response was unhelpful. So far no apologize whatsoever. They argued it was “just crushed in delivery” and refused to take any responsibility.

Key concerns:
1. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, products must arrive in acceptable condition, including packaging. This standard was not met.Especially due to the nature of product, hygiene and safety should be the most important fact to consider, they could not provide any evidence to show that box is unopened.

2. I paid for shipping, and the delivery service is chosen by the shop — it’s unreasonable to deny responsibility.
If they know the product package is fragile, they should have pack it with a strong box at least.

3. Only one product was damaged while the other was perfect — unlikely if it was simply squashed.

4. The box showed obvious broken marks, yet the shop refused to acknowledge the issue on purpose.

5. Very disappointing from a New Zealand retailer with a strong reputation. When faced with a genuine problem, they failed to take responsibility or provide any solution, not to mention to own up their neglecting behavior. No apologize whatsoever.

Extremely dissatisfied with both the product condition and the customer service. It supposed to be a gift and now the whole experience is very disappointing.I would not recommend shopping here.Not gonna come and will also warn anyone around me.
